Shanthi joined LeapEd Services, a Malaysian Education Service Provider, in 2014. She has served as a Senior Advisor in Programme Implementation Training and Coaching Hub. She develops and conducts training for internal and external clients. Shanthi Ayadurai is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a certified trainer by HRDF.
She has been in the education profession for the past 30 years. Working as an educator in both the primary and secondary school in various states in Malaysia, Shanthi was involved in curriculum development for the English syllabus in both primary & secondary school levels. Shanthi was also involved in corporate training for 7 years for the public and private sectors.
Shanthi has developed and delivered training for courses ranging from language, communication, coaching, leadership, emotional intelligence, change management, 21st century pedagogy, among others. She is fluent in both the English and Malay languages. Shanthi has trained students and youths in living skills to ensure a smoother transition to the working world. She develops and customizes her training to cater to the different needs of the participants. She firmly believes in the quote that “If you’ll not settle for anything less than your best, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish in your lives.”
