Course Overview

This module is designed to help you have a better understanding of how you can use coaching skills to improve communication skills, engagement  and work performance.

You will be introduced to LeapEd’s very own Coaching Model, which is based on the ICF Core Competencies and is critically important to the practice of coaching.

  • Price : RM 1000 / participant (including SST and lunch)

  • Time : 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Platform : Face to face at Level 52 of Menara TM (come and see the great views of KL from one of the city’s tallest buildings)

Meet your trainer

Azreen Suhaimi

Hi there! My name is Azreen. I am currently working in LeapEd Academy as a Senior Advisor. This year is my 7th year with the company and I have worked in different projects in various locations and have conducted various coaching and training with teachers, school administrators and government officers across Malaysia.

I am a Certified Associate Coach and a HRDF certified trainer. I completed my undergraduate studies from the University of South Australia in 2006, with a  degree in Business Administration. I then continued my studies in education and obtained a Diploma in TESOL in 2010 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching from the Open University Malaysia in 2012. Throughout my studies, I also took up a short course in Teaching English to Young Children from the British Council, Kuala Lumpur in 2011.

As a coach and a trainer, I enjoy sharing knowledge and best practices with participants, listening to their perspectives, asking reflective questions, exchanging ideas, observing how they apply and contextualise their learning, and empowering them to grow through coaching.

I look forward to meeting you all!
