Hailing from Australia, Paul Everitt is a twice certified Associate Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a qualified Career and Life Counsellor (Swinburne University). Paul graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Education (English and History) and a Master of Education (Leadership and Management). He also has post graduate qualifications in ESL and Indonesian Language. His current academic studies include Certificates in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Technical and Further Education Training and Assessment.
As an international educator, Paul has spent the last 23 years outside of Australia, working as a senior teacher, principal, registrar, advisor, counsellor, and coach in 7 different countries. Paul joined LeapEd Services, Malaysia, in 2016, where he worked as an Education Lead in school transformation programmes in Johor and Terengganu. Currently he has the role of DTP Aman Coach in three different district education offices (PPDs) in the state of Kedah.
Paul has led several international teams focussing on transformational education in Malaysia, as well as reform education programmes and teacher training in three different projects in the United Arab Emirates. He provides pro bono online coaching, mentoring and counselling to international university students and is accredited to administer a wide variety of psychometric tests via Career Life College Australia.
