Kaushalya is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has worked in a variety of educational roles during her 36 years in the Education system in Fiji, New Zealand and Malaysia. She spent the last four years coaching SLT members and teachers from Pre-School to Secondary in her capacity as an Education Advisor and a Cluster Lead for LeapEd Services.
Kaushalya has been involved in coaching the School Leadership Team and Middle Leaders to have school processes and practices in place to drive change, including strategic planning. This also includes coaching and supporting an advisory team of individuals from different nationalities and backgrounds by focusing on members’ professional growth.
Kaushalya’s current role involves building a collaborative network within the school and its community, developing teacher capacity by designing, delivering and monitoring professional development to promote international best practice, using a range of data within the school internal self-evaluation process in order to highlight school challenges/ issues and inform next steps and to co-construct new initiatives.
