Victoria joined LeapEd Services in 2017. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a certified trainer by HRDF, Victoria graduated with a Degree in Psychology (Hons) from HELP University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).
She has over 10 years of work experience in education. Previously in Teach for Malaysia (TFM) as a classroom leader and subsequently as a Leadership Development Officer (LDO), Victoria worked on school transformation initiatives alongside school leaders and teachers from low-performing schools; upskilling and improving the teachers’ leadership and pedagogical skills through instructional coaching. She was also as a part-time coach and trainer with Life Equip Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian training and coaching organization dedicated to building the nation’s youths in the areas of life, leadership, career and financial literacy. Her role currently focuses on building internal capacity through providing in-house training and coaching.
Victoria offers a wide range of coaching services – including individual coaching and group coaching. She is invested in coaching for social change and is passionate about working with leaders and individuals to drive social change through helping them discover and explore innovative ways to achieve their goals, enhance team productivity, as well as impact their general sense of wellbeing in order to maximise social impact.
